Cheese Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    3 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine, cut into chunks
    5 to 6 slices American cheese, cut into chunks
    1 pkg. thawed and drained chopped spinach
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Stir all the ingredients together and put into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
