Lemon Jello Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. horseradish
    3/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. vinegar
    shredded carrot
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except sour cream.
    Chill slightly until thick.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Delicious with meat dish!
