Bearnaise Sauce(French) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 tsp. dry tarragon
    1 Tbsp. minced scallion
    1/2 c. melted butter
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Serve with beef or fish.
    Yields 1 1/2 cups (6 tablespoon per serving).
