Orange Cottage Cheese Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    3/4 c. unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 1/2 c. orange juice
    1 1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese (small curd)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in saucepan.
    Place over low heat, stirring constantly, until gelatin dissolves.
    Remove from heat.
    Add other ingredients.
    Stir until well mixed.
    Pour into oblong pan or 8 individual molds.
    Chill until set.
