Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Medium Potatoes, peeled and sliced
    3 tbsp. Butter
    2 tbsp. Flour
    3 C. Milk
    1 tsp. Salt
    1\\4 tsp. Pepper
    1 Small Onion, chopped
Preparation
    Mix butter, flour and milk in saucepan, stir over low heat until creamy. Lay half of the potatoes and onions in a greased cassarole dish. Pour half of the mixture over potatoes, then add another layer of potates and onions, then add remaining mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 covered for about an hour, uncover bake till golden brown. Enjoy!
