Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 T. butter
    1 T. grated carrot
    1 T. minced onion
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. celery salt
    1/8 t. pepper
    2 c. hot milk
    1 c. boiled potatoes, diced or coarsely mashed
Preparation
    Gently saute carrot and onion in butter until onion is tender.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook on low 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
