Sour Cream Coffeecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour a 10-inch heavy Bundt pan.
    Cream margarine and 2 cups of the sugar.
    Add eggs, blending well; add sour cream and vanilla.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt.
    Fold into creamed mix and beat just until blended.
    Do not overbeat.
    Mix remaining 3/4 cup sugar with pecans and cinnamon in a separate small bowl.
    Layer coffeecake mix, pecans, coffeecake mix and pecans in Bundt pan.
    Bake for approximately 1 hour. Serve warm.
