Brown Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 medium onion
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 can Campbell's consomm
    1 can onion soup
    1 jar mushrooms
Preparation
    Melt butter and saut onion. Add rice and saut until rice turns golden (about 3 minutes). Put in casserole dish. Add remaining ingredients, all the juice. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 minutes. Cook until moisture is gone. Do not overcook.
