No-Fuss Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. white corn syrup
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
    3 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Combine sugar, corn syrup and margarine in a 4 cup glass measure cup.
    Place in microwave oven and bring to a boil on High for 2 to 4 minutes.
    Stir in baking soda.
    Spray small grocery type bag with Pam and put 3 quarts of popped corn into bag and pour hot mixture over corn in bag.
    Place in microwave on High for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Shake; microwave 1 1/2 minutes.
    Shake.
    Place in microwave on Roast/Medium for 1/2 to 1 minute.
    Shake; microwave 1/2 minute again.
    Spread on hot cookie sheet.
