Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    3 anchovy fillets
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    croutons
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into bowl; wash and allow to dry.
    Dressing: Into food process or blender, place mustard, oil, crushed garlic, red wine vinegar and anchovies.
    Blend until fully mixed.
    Toss over lettuce and serve with croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.
