Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 jar (32 oz.) spaghetti sauce
    1 tsp. oregano (optional)
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
    1 container (15 oz.) Ricotta or cottage cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    9 lasagna noodles, cooked
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef in large glass bowl.
    Cook at high 2 to 3 minutes or until beef is browned; stir once.
    Drain.
    Stir in spaghetti sauce, oregano and garlic powder.
    Cook at high 4 to 5 minutes or until bubbly.
    Meanwhile, combine Ricotta cheese, egg, salt and pepper.
    Spoon 1/2 cup sauce into 12 x 8-inch dish. Alternately layer noodles, egg mixture, Mozzarella cheese and sauce, forming 3 layers.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
