Chicken Valentina - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinned, plump chicken breasts
1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. olive oil
6 to 9 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 c. lemon juice (preferably fresh)
1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Rinse chicken
and pat dry. On a plate, spoon the 2 tablespoons olive oil. Roll chicken in oil.
On another plate, put bread crumbs and salt and pepper. Roll chicken that was in the oil into bread crumbs. Pour remaining oil from plate onto bottom of glass baking pan. Place chicken in pan.
