Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 lg. green mango peppers, cut in halves
1 lb. ground beef
1/3 C. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. fat (if beef is too lean)
4 C. stewed tomatoes, 2 lb. can
1/3 C. precooked rice
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation

Remove seeds and membrane from green peppers. Precook in salted, boiling water 5 minutes. Sprinkle inside with salt; place in baking dish.
