Cheezy Chicken Breasts(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, split and skinned (about 2 lb.)
    1/4 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. each: salt and pepper
    2 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Cut 3-inch lengthwise slit in thickest part of each piece of chicken breast.
    Cut cheese into 4 sticks and insert one into slit of each piece.
    Close with a toothpick.
    Place breast pieces, bone side down, in a microwavable dish.
    Brush with egg.
    Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over chicken.
    Microwave 12 minutes, rotating once if you do not have a turntable to use.
