Chicken Piccata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, quartered
    1 egg
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice (from bottle)
    1/4 c. unsifted flour
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 tsp. chicken instant bouillon or 2 chicken broth cups
    1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Beat egg with 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    Combine flour, garlic powder and paprika.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture, then in flour mixture.
    In skillet, brown chicken in margarine.
    Dissolve bouillon in boiling water; add with remaining lemon juice to skillet.
    Cover; simmer 20 minutes or until tender.
    Serves 4.
