Pickled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can sliced beets
12 hard-boiled eggs
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
6 whole cloves
Preparation

Mix beet juice; stir vinegar and remaining ingredients together.
Bring to a boil.
Pour hot spice mixture over eggs and beets; cover and refrigerate at least 12 hours to allow eggs to flavor.
