Apple Crisp Or Apple Candy Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, sliced tart apples
    1/2 c. water (less for juicy apples)
    3/4 c. flour
    1 c. white or brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put apples and water in a deep baking dish (well buttered). Mix with a fork the flour, white or brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and salt.
    Spread over apples.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender and the crust is brown, about 30 minutes.
