Simple Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 can sliced fruit (peaches, apples, berries, etc.)
Preparation

In an 8 x 8 glass casserole dish, melt the butter in the microwave. Add flour, milk, sugar and cinnamon and stir slightly. Add can of fruit (liquid and all) and do not stir. Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until top begins to brown. Serve plain or with ice cream. Makes 6 to 8 servings. ENJOY.
