Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and drained
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 lb. sharp cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Melt butter in cake pan.
    Mix all remaining ingredients except spinach and cheese with mixer.
    Fold in spinach and cheese.
    Pour into cake pan over melted butter.
    Sprinkle seasoned salt on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Cool before cutting.
