Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pt. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    chopped onion
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    2 lb. ground meat
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese
    olive oil
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Saute onion in oil.
    Add meat and brown; drain excess fat. Add spaghetti sauce.
    Simmer; cook noodles.
    Drain.
    Cool in cold water.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Layer noodles, meat and cheeses.
    Repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
