Hot Milk Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/4 lb. butter or oleo

Preparation

Cream together eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt.
Add flour and baking powder.
Heat until very hot the milk and butter or oleo. Add to above ingredients.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 in greased and floured pans (2 layer pans or loaf (sheet) pan).
