Horseradish Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
1 cup milk
1 small chopped onion
few chopped almonds
1 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. horseradish
pinch of salt and pepper
Preparation

Melt butter but do not brown.
Add flour and gradually stir in milk.
Add chopped onion, almonds, sugar, salt and pepper. Cook together for 15 minutes over low heat.
Before serving fold in horseradish and if desired enrich with a little butter or cream.
