Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick oleo, melted
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Beat oleo and sugar together.
    Add the remaining ingredients and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
