Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. beef (rump or round), 1-inch cubed
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 clove garlic
    2 c. water
    1 c. catsup
    1 pkg. fine noodles
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and garlic. Add water, catsup and all seasonings. Cover and simmer 2 hours. Mix flour with 1/4 cup water and add to meat mixture, stirring constantly, until thickened. Cook noodles and drain. Mix with meat, leaving some meat for the top. Put in casserole. Cover and keep warm in oven until served. Enjoy!
