Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 carrots, grated
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. squash, cooked and mashed
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and 1/2 of the cornbread stuffing mix. Place in greased casserole.
    Melt 1 stick butter or oleo in small skillet.
    Use other half of stuffing and stir until well buttered. Sprinkle over top of casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until crumbs are well browned.
