Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced rhubarb
1 c. fresh strawberries, sliced
1 c. white sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. butter
1 c. rolled oats
Preparation

Mix together 1 c. white sugar and 3 Tbsp. flour.
Add rhubarb and strawberries.
Mix well.
Put in 9 x 13 pan.
Mix together brown sugar, 1 1/2 c. flour, butter and oats until crumbly. Crumble on top of rhubarb and strawberry mixture.
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
