Brandy Butter(Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. softened, unsalted butter
    3/4 c. dark brown sugar
    5 Tbsp. brandy
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar until smooth.
    Gradually stir in the brandy and add the nutmeg.
    Beat thoroughly and transfer to a dish or small pot.
    Cover and allow to harden before serving.
