Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 lb. sausage
    1 can chopped green chilies
    3 c. grated Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs and milk.
    Add green chilies, 1 1/2 cups cheese and sausage.
    Mix well.
    Pour into greased cake pan.
    Sprinkle with rest of cheese and cook at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May need 10 to 15 minutes more.
    Toothpick test will be clean when done.
