Molded Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (6.5 oz.) cans tuna
1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. chopped stuffed olives
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Drain and flake tuna.
Soften gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then add boiling water.
Cool.
Blend together mayonnaise, lemon juice, celery, olives and salt; add tuna and gelatin.
Pour into a mold and chill until firm.
Good served on salad greens or with crackers.
