Pimento Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. whipping cream
3 eggs, beaten
2/3 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. flour
2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 large jar pimento

Preparation

Heat together the first 5 ingredients until thickened, then pour over cheese and pimento.
Mix together after cheese is slightly softened.
