Meat Rub Seasoning - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. salt
    1/3 c. chili powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. hot pepper (add if you want rub to be hot and spicy)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Makes enough seasoning for 10 pounds meat.
    Rub on meat.
    Place in refrigerator overnight before barbecuing.
