Kruschiki(Bow Ties) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 c. butter
    1 jigger rum
    1 tsp. sour cream
    2 c. flour
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Combine in 3 steps, the first 2, then the next 4, then the last 2.
    Chill until firm. Fry in shortening until golden 1/2 to 1 minute.
    Cut with slit in middle.
    Pull one end through to form bow tie.
    Roll in powdered sugar after frying.
