Christmas Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can LeSueur peas or early peas
    1 stalk chopped celery
    1 green pepper, finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 jar chopped pimentos
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. salad vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix salt, sugar, vinegar, oil, and water.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Let marinate overnight.
    Drain off liquid and serve.
