Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
2 carrots, sliced
2 stalks celery, sliced
9 oz. cashew nuts
1/4 c. chopped green onion
Preparation

Lightly brown nuts in small amount of oil.
Remove.
Stir-fry vegetables until tender-crisp.
Place all ingredients in pan and reheat.
Serve over rice.
