Golden Raisin Truffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. golden raisins, coarsely chopped
    10 oz. white chocolate, chopped fine
    1/3 c. cream
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt chocolate with cream.
    Add raisins.
    Cover and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours.
    Scoop into balls and roll in powdered sugar.
