Peanut Butterscotch Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 egg yolks
    4 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour in top of double boiler. Add milk slowly. Cook in double boiler, stirring until thickened. Add slightly beaten egg yolks and cook 3 minutes longer. Remove from fire. Add peanut butter and vanilla. When cool, pour into baked crust. Cover with meringue or whipping cream.
