Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing (Thousand Island)
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    2 cut up broiler-fryer chickens
Preparation
    Combine dressing, onion soup mix and apricot preserves; pour over chickens in shallow dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Baste several times.
