Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. long grain rice
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 1/2 c. water
    2 c. boneless cooked chicken
    2 tsp. chicken bouillon mix
    2 (8 oz.) cans Del Monte Mexican style tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown rice in saucepan with cooking oil on medium heat.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cover lightly and simmer for 30 to 40 minutes or until rice has absorbed all liquid.
