Vegetable Cream Cheese Ball(Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
1/4 c. minced onion (optional)
3/4 to 1 c. very well drained crushed pineapple
dash of salt
2 c. chopped nuts, divided
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients and 1 cup chopped nuts in mixing bowl; mix until well blended.
Shape into a ball.
Roll cheese ball in remaining nuts until well coated.
Yields 1 cheese ball.
