Chicken With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer (2 1/2 to 3 lb.)
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. slivered orange rind, blanched
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 c. orange juice (2 large oranges)
parsley (for garnish)
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sprinkle pieces of chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
Heat butter; saute chicken until lightly browned on both sides.
Remove chicken; arrange in single layer in shallow baking dish.
