Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (7 oz.) uncooked macaroni
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
    In saucepan, melt butter.
    Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
    Add milk and cook on medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring.
