Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooked chicken, diced
    celery, crisped in ice water
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    salad dressing or mayonnaise (to moisten)
Preparation
    Remove bones, gristle,\tfat
    and skin from cold, cooked chicken.
    Cut meat into 1/2-inch
    cubes
    and
    mix
    it
    with an equal amount of celery which has been scraped, chilled and cut in small pieces.
    Moisten
    with
    French
    dressing.
    Add mayonnaise or salad dressing to taste.
