Brownie Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
12 oz. chopped walnuts
2 qt. bowl
2 boxes brownies (Entenmann's are good)

Preparation

Line bowl with Saran Wrap leaving a generous overlap.
Work quickly.
Break up brownies on bottom of bowl and sprinkle with walnuts.
With hands, pack down some ice cream well.
Keep repeating this.
Cover with Saran Wrap completely to make it airtight.
Freeze for at least 24 hours.
Invert bowl onto plate and apply hot towels to loosen, then pull off plastic wrap as ice cream softens.
