Caramel Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can (16 oz.) chunk pineapple
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 egg
    3/4 c. pineapple juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    2 c. unpeeled, diced apples (kind of chunky)
    1/2 to 1 c. blanched peanuts
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Save juice.
    Mix pineapple and marshmallows. Let set overnight.
    Mix in a saucepan the egg, pineapple juice, sugar, flour and vinegar.
    Cook until thick.
    Stir often, then let cool.
    Mix the Cool Whip, pineapple and marshmallow mixture and egg mixture.
    Add apples and peanuts.
