Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. biscuit mix
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 Tbsp. oregano
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    2 c. cooked zucchini
Preparation
    Beat eggs and oil in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into 2-quart casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until set.
