Cabbage Patch Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. thinly sliced celery
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    2 c. water
    1 (1 lb.) can chili beans
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded cabbage
Preparation
    Crumble ground beef in margarine.
    Add onion and celery; saute for about 5 minutes.
    Stir in tomatoes; break with a fork.
    Add water, beans with liquid, salt, chili powder and pepper.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add cabbage; cook until cabbage is tender, 15 to 30 minutes, depending on how tender you like cabbage.
    Delicious with corn bread.
    Freezes well.
