Creamy Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    salt and pepper
    4 Tbsp. flour
    oil
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
    1/4 c. water or broth
    1 Tbsp. steak sauce
Preparation
    Cut meat into serving portions.
    Season with salt and pepper; dust with flour.
    Heat a little oil in a skillet; brown meat on both sides.
    Remove meat from skillet and brown onion a minute or so.
    Alternate meat and onion in crock.
    Mix remaining ingredients; pour over meat.
    Cover and cook.
    Serve with fresh parsley or tomato wedge garnish.
