Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Sourdough Starter
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    1 packet yeast
    5 to 6 c. unsifted flour
Preparation
    Heat milk, water, sugar, salt and margarine.
    Cool to lukewarm; sprinkle in yeast.
    Beat until smooth the milk mixture, starter and 2 1/2 cups flour.
    Stir in enough additional flour to make a stiff dough.
    Knead 8 to 10 minutes.
    Place in greased bowl; turn once to grease top.
    Cover; let rise until double about 1 hour.
    Punch down dough; divide into 3 equal pieces.
    Form each into a smooth ball.
