Rice Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans kidney beans
    1 large can crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
    1 can whole kernel corn
    chili powder or mild green chili
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 to 2 c. beef broth
    1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Cook ground beef, green pepper and onion.
    Drain.
    To this mixture, add kidney beans, tomatoes or tomato sauce, whole kernel corn, beef broth, chili powder and sugar.
    Let simmer and then add 1/2 cup Minute rice and mix well.
