Microwave Fish Fillets With Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. minced green onions
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. cream
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/2 c. seedless green grapes
Preparation
    Use microwave.
    Sprinkle onions on bottom of plate.
    Lay fish fillets over.
    Pour wine and lemon juice over fish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Cover with plastic wrap.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes.
    Add grapes.
    Microwave on High 2 minutes.
    Microwave butter or margarine 30 seconds.
    Add juices from fish.
    Microwave 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds or until thickened.
    Add 1 tablespoon butter and cream; pour over fish.
